General description
Boardtek made multilayer PCB since we founded 20 years ago. Today, MLB is still our main products. We service our customer MLB from prototype to mass production. The application covered industry servers, workstation, network, base station, backplanes, power supply, industrial computer, industrial equipment, test machine and consumer products.

High performance material
Back to 1998, Boardtek start to produce PCB with PTFE laminate for RF/microwave customers. Since then, we got used to work with high performance material. Today, more than one thirds of our sales revenue came from non-FR-4 material. The category of material we are using includes,
High Tg/Td laminate: FR-4, FR-5, BT, PPO/Epoxy, Polyimide
Green material: Halogen free FR-4
Low loss material: PTFE, Rogers 4000, Speedboard, Nelco 4000-13 or equivalent
High thermal conductivity: IMS (Insulated Metal Substrate)

High speed circuits
Industry server MLB is our biggest business. Boardtek puts a lot of efforts to develop technologies to meet our customer’s demand. It includes the glass weave rotation, back drilling, low loss material, via-in-pad….

Blind/buried vias
Boardtek manufacture blind/buried via MLB for many years. It includes traditional sequential lamination as well as micorvia MLB.

Heavy copper
To service our customer for high power, heavy copper up to 6 ounce has been produced in Boardtek. Recently, we are developing new process which can produce the copper trace more than 10 ounce. The new process can also put different thickness of copper trace on the same layer.

High Layer Count MLB
Boardtek manufacture many high layer count PCB for products like blade server or backplane. It leads our factory handle high aspect ratio and sophisticated impedance control with high yield. Today, 16 layer and high layer count MLB has taken more than 20% of our sales revenue.
